What this policy covers
This policy explains what happens to information you give C Gutters through this website or by telephone. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive.
What we collect
If you call us, we hold what you tell us: your name, a contact number, the property address and a description of the work. That is what we need to schedule a visit and quote it.
This website does not run analytics, advertising trackers or third party profiling scripts. There is no tracking code on these pages.
The map on the contact page is embedded from Google and loads when the page loads. The fonts used on this site are served by Google Fonts. Both are third party services with their own privacy terms, and both receive a request from your browser when a page loads.
What we do with it
We use it to arrange and carry out the work, to send you a figure, and to keep a record of what was done at the property. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone except where a job is forwarded to another local provider, in which case they receive what they need to contact you and find the property.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept so that we can refer back to previous work on a property. Enquiries that do not lead to work are not kept indefinitely.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call and ask. There is no form to fill in.
