These terms cover use of this website and the arrangements around work carried out by C Gutters in Knoxville and the surrounding counties.
Information on this site
The guidance on these pages is general. It is written from experience in this area, but it is not a substitute for someone looking at your property. Any figures given on the site are planning ranges for budgeting rather than quotations.
Quotations and work
A quotation is based on what can be seen at the time it is given. Where opening up reveals something that was not visible, most commonly the condition of the board behind a gutter run, you will be told before the work continues rather than afterward.
Forwarded calls
C Gutters answers and schedules service calls directly. During peak storm demand, after hours emergencies, or when the schedule is already full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so that you still get help quickly. Where that happens, the arrangement for the work is between you and that provider, and their availability and pricing may differ from ours. We would always encourage you to confirm licensing and insurance with any provider before work begins.
Access and safety
Some work depends on safe access, which can mean agreeing a staging position, moving vehicles, or arranging entry to a shared area. Where conditions make work unsafe, most often wind, lightning or ice, we will reschedule rather than proceed.
Photographs
We photograph conditions before and after work as a record. Those images are used for the job record and are provided to you on request.
